Belt Tensioner for 97 Millenia S

Im looking for a belt tensioner for 97 Millenia S. It is my understanding that there are two. This is the tensioner that keeps the belt tight for the alternator. What exact part do I need and what is the usual cost for it?

I just paide $363 from the dealer for that part!!!
What a rip off, all these OEM parts/mfgs are.

$533 in total after the shop diagnosed and replaced it.
