Just go to mazda and ask worst they can do is tell you were to buy. texas9 02-09-2008, 09:40 PM Did you go to your dealer or through Mazda customer service? I have a 3 year old who was a little rough with mine. Thanks! Amy imamgcx9 02-11-2008, 03:36 PM There was / is an issue with those... so deffinately go to the dealer... think of it as a "onetime" help ;) I replaced mine too... and understanding the cost of them... we're much more careful ... the hardest thing is non use storage ... MazdaTechie 01-22-2009, 11:33 PM There's a TSB out on them if I remember correctly. Due to the original design, they break easily. Just visit your dealer as stated above and you'll get brand new ones that are supposed to be a bit more durable. chril2us 02-12-2009, 12:28 PM I too have this problem and called my dealer here in Cincinnati (Wyler). I was told that new headphones are $210.16 and are not covered under warranty nor will they replace. Any suggestions on other options to replace? |
