Anyone know if the crank pulley is a reverse tread on a 93 MX6?

No. Mazda does not use a reverse thread on anything except B-truck fan clutch.

There is one more item you might have forgotten babyhuey...the right rear hub nut that holds the brake drum on was reverse thread on my 1987 323. :)
