I would love to answer some questions that have been brought up so that you can know more about our company and our HID conversion Kits.
1.) Flickering issue: ***Let's recap that we have a special wiring that bypasses the computer and the power to the HID so that the electric flow is more stable therefore no flickering will occur.
2.) What all does your 2 year warranty cover? *** The 2 year warranty covers all kits and it's parts, so if you ever encounter any parts that either dies out or defective, we will replace them for you, no questions ask. (eg. if your bulb dies out, send us back the bad bulb, we send another good one out to you)
3.) How long have you been in business? *** We have been in business for 6 years and since we own our own manufacturer, we guarantee quality and are able to give you the lowest price and one stop customer service without any middleman.
4.) I need bixenon.. what is the price for those in 10,000K? The price for the B-Xenon Kit is $90 after the special $15 off (COUPON CODE: fspecial-m) price is the same for all color temperatures.
5.) Do you have any pictures of the light output on the road at the different color temperatures?
6.) Do you have any provisions for a group buy price? *** Yes, our level of group buy
is 5 or 10 kits, please call 1-860-821-8212 for pricing (Ask for Michelle)
(REQUIREMENTS for Group buy)
a.) All Kits must be paid in full
b.) All Kits must be shipped to one address only
c.) Billing and Shipping Address must be the same and within the United States
only.
Please let me know if I am missing any of your questions and I'll be more than happy to answer them for you. Thank you for your interest in HIDextra.com

Hello,
DId you Mazda 3 originally come with halogen or HID??
IF halogen then bulb type is
Low beam headlamp
H7
High beam headlamp
9005
If original is HID then
Low beam headlamp
HID-D2S
High beam headlamp
9005
If you want blue then 8000K would be a cool color, White with light blue tint.
Let me know so I can supply you with the link to order.
Do you want only low beam? or both low and high, you will need to get both conversion kits if you want HID for both under the original Halogen,
but the coupon code is good for $15off each kit.
Let me know. Thanks!
Michelle

Hi Vince!!
Haha :D you call installing the kit a bad thing?!
That's the fun part, you get to know your car more! I had fun back then when I changed my bulbs, install an intake and change the brake pads.
Those were the fun days :p
Post some pics when you're done! Love to see pretty cars with pretty bright HID eyes.

Why haven't I installed mine yet??? Because the weather has been bad, I don't have a garage to work in, or even a decent driveway, I've been busy at work (re:tired when I get home) and I'M LAZY!!!
Looks good Vince.
One of these days I'll post pics of my 55w, 6k kit in the low beams and 35w, 5K kit in the fogs..... one of these days.
Where did you mount the ballasts?

Richard,
I posted the pic of where I located the ballast, driver side wasn't a problem as you can see but the passenger side is limited as far as avalible space. It was a pain in the a** just getting the passenger side light out. I found a nice cubby hole to the left of the coolant tank as you can see in the pic. What color lights did you get? 6k! you should have gotten 10k, I can't believe what a difference HIDs make.

Richard,
Photobucket isn't letting me post the passenger side pic, anyway if you are looking at the coolant tank look to the left of the cap you'll see a access hole right where the fender bolts to the inner structure of the engine compartment I tucked it in there using velcro. thats the only space avalible.

Yes many of us already have HID kits installed, or in my case, waiting to be installed, but think of all those owners that haven't even registered yet.

Hi virgin1 :p
I didn't want to leave but unfortunately we didn't get much response since May, but our offer is still extended to everyone who knows about the coupon code and purchase online and I can still give you the same specials.
Maybe we will be back, but just not the next quarter. Let me know when you are interested in yours, just shoot me an email info@hidextra.com
I'm sure our login will be banned when it expires, but maybe I'll register personally when I have time to come back and say hi to you all! ;)

I won't ban your login, but of course you must refrain from "advertising" if and when that happens... and I for one am sorry that it seems likely to.
We are a smaller, tighter-knit forum that is trying to increase it's member base in the Mazda community. Given the competition, that is not easy. I know, I also MOD for Mazdas247... msproto.com for those in the know, but frankly, and publicly, I like this one at least as much.
