Every once in awile I will lay it to the floor and the rpm's slowly go up but there is no pull to it. Then its a hard shift. What causes this?

Is that the feeling that you get and then all of the sudden will go ahead and downshift and then go? scooter2339 01-15-2006, 07:32 PM When the engine light came on, I took it to the shop. The mechanic found code P0421, a bad catalyic converter. Damm that thing cost me $410 just for the part.:( Tbird 02-15-2006, 06:01 AM Man i have that same problem and what changes that is to put 93 octain from now on, i know its more expensive but its worth it. You will also get alot better gas mileage out of it too. My car is still a little slugesh but you will see a difference. Let me know if you make a difference. |
