93 miata runs well with the AC on but when you come to a stop the car turns off. You turn off the AC and the car turn on without a problem and stays on you can take off and turn the AC back on and it will be ok until you come to a stop.

That sounds like a base idle adjusment , you have to bridge two terminals in the 17 pin D.L.C socket and adjust the idle air mixture screew , take the car to your nearest Mazda dealer and they should adjust it within minuets for you. Let me know how you get on.
