I have an 03 Mpv and when i am driving it starts bucking back and forth real bad. Any suggestions i would really appreciate.

is the check engine light on?

if so take it to your dealer....sounds to me like your engine is misfiring

No Engine light is on, but like i said it jerks back and forth real bad and also when i am at a red light you can feel it , it sometimes feels like someone hit you from behind.
