Dynomat is great stuff! It will help to insulate panels from rattles and also make the interior quieter from road noise. I would go for it. I can't say for sure this is the best or worst supplier to get it from...just price shop.

dynamat xtreme is some pretty wicked material. huge advantage of the regular dynamat as it tends to muffle out alot more noise and be the same weight as the original dynamat. the price seems about right for the sizes of the pieces and the amount they give you. chances are, if you price shop... you are only going to save maybe a few dollars. nothing drastic.
