Does anyone know if a cold air intake will void the warrenty on a 3? Ever since I put a new FAI, I have noticed a stilgh high pitch noise when I hit the gas. I am not sure if that is just engine noise I am noticing through the intake. I'd like to have it checked out but I don't want to switch the intake back to factory.

High pitched sucking sound is normal. How could an intake destroy your wiring? I doubt that..
