Default Brake Issues

I have a 2004 mazda 6 still under warranty and a few months ago started experiencing this obnoxious sound that is hard to find an adjective for. Brought it to the dealership twice--1st time put lubrication on the brakes, 2nd time told me my control arms were faulty yet from what I know and am told this has nothing to do with the brakes! WHen you coming to a stop or fully stop and pump the brakes, this is when you hear the sound--kind of sounds squeaky/scratchy and you only seem to feel it on the brake pedal. ANY IDEAS?

I have had so many issues with my mazda 6 including a new transmission due to the transmission skipping esp when cold--still does it sometimes when going from start to the next gear or so. blaaaaaaaah

everything else is "minor" yet annoying-rattling speakers, squeaky parts around the inside of the car, belt made a squeaky noise the other day when the AC was on etc.
