The stock fog lamps Mazda puts on the 6 are downright ugly. The cutout is big, black, and rectangular, but the actual lamp is much smaller and circular. Why is the cutout so big? Is there a functional reason for it? Are there some aftermarket solutions for a better look?

 

Do you have the stock fog lights installed on your car? If you do you can always take them out, if not I've seen other kinds of fog lights for them.
