That's incorrect, because we don't have one connecting highway - the "loop" was rejected in the 90s. So, there are plenty of place to get lose here - 95% side streets.

Edit: Lost, not lose.

The way she's been ridiculed on SNL and in the press in general,Palin just doesn't have the respect of the public, and I can't imagine that ever changing. If you remember Dan Quayle, he's a smart guy (certainly at least as bright as Palin), but he could never get past his early mis-steps, he simply wasn't a guy who could handle the heat of the media. That's who Palin reminds me of.

Maybe she parlays her current situation into a Congress or Senate seat. That's her upside.

I am originally from Miami, Fl. Got married and moved to Memphis, Tn. Migrated East to Knoxville, Tn. It's kind of fun being a Miami Hurricane fan in Knoxville.

Ah! Siber Express (Ken) is from Cali originally but now lives north of Knoxville. You two might want to get together for a combined photoshoot and to run the Dragon some time?
And if Mazmart Trini (Sheldon) is in the area then, he could go with you guys. I KNOW he likes to do the Dragon.

I am in West Knoxville, and what Virgin 1 said about the dragon. Ahhh noo. You would run circles around me in that little modified 3. My 6 is just an 2G I Sport complete with 16" tires and steelies. It still handles well especially for this set up, but it's no match for the dragon. LOL. I am a hurricane fan, but I still have a lot of respect for what Florida has accomplished and for Tim Tebow on and especially off the field. You don't find that kind of sportsmanship very often, unless your last name is Manning.

I play up on the dragon 2 or 3 times a month, but the Skyway is much better, not as much traffic and way fewer police. Normally as long as you don't get too crazy the cops leave you alone :D

Did you have to mention Manning, 1 name I am truly sick of hearing, since around here he and God have little chats, with God asking for advise :)

One of my favorite stories of the Manning brothers was when Eli won the superbowl as a Giant. Peyton said that he used to give his brother advice all the time, but since he had won the big game, it was now his turn to receive advice from Eli. Where is the Skyway? I don't think I am familiar with this roadway. It only takes one wreckless driving charge and the alotted points on my license for me to loose a good job. My 6 only has 700 miles on it, and I am trying to break it in right. I am also trying to be as gentle as possible on the clutch since this car has to last me for a long time. After I bought this car, I found people on these forums taliking about horrible clutch issues with the 1G 6, and quite frankly it has scared the piss out of me. It has definitely changed the way I drive a manual.

The Cherohala Skyway starts in Tellico Plains and ends at the North Carolina end of the Dragon, you could always ride up there with me sometime, I will be easy on you.

BTW, I had my 07 MZ3 doing 115 MPH around Lowe's Motor Speedway with 1600 miles on it :)

That sounds like fun, but I'll have to wait until the wife goes out of town again. The reason being I work two jobs, and when I am off, I try to hang out with the family. It makes for a somewhat boring existence, but it's what I have become used to. Besides, I should have a few more miles on the clock by then. The premature wearing of the 1G clutches quite a few 6 owners experienced, has me driving my car more like my father used to drive his 86.5 Supra when it was new. That is the car I learned to drive stick on. Once I feel like I have broken it in good, maybe some of these new found driving characteristics will change.

By the way, 115 must have been touching the speed governor. That has to be the reason you weren't going any faster.

Governed at 118, I caught the Pace car, and you are not to pass him, I had my F150 to about 128, at the time that was as fast as the N/A 5.4 could push a brick through the air going down the back stretch. It is a little lower now so I might get it up over 130 with the drag being slightly lower.
Here it is in Orlando

That is a good looking F150. I could have used it when picking up a king size bed the other day. LOL Sometimes I wish I had a full size truck for those moments in your life when you actually need one. My wife has a 2002 Explorer, but theres no way it was going in the back of that thing. My 6 has a huge trunk for it's class, (one of the benefits of the redesign) and split seats in the rear, but again no way. Fortunately I have some friends that own trucks, but I always hate to have to ask. 128 is flying in any Ford truck without the word lightning or SVT in the model designation. Is anything you own not modded?
