Here are the complications;
The engine needs some kind of controller. You either need a stock ecu and harness to match the motor or you need to go stand-alone. Either way is fine. You also need to consider motor mounts. The stock mount goes into the center iron and through the oil pan. Third gen mounts through the rear iron (I believe) but banzai racing makes mounts for this swap. You will want to go with a single conversion if you go with aftermarket programming. The stock twins are hard to tune with an aftermarket ecu.
Finally, the engine may require a rebuild. You never really know with jdm engines. There is a pretty good chance that you will at least need a new oil pan. They aren't always really gentle with the motors when they pull them and pack them for shipping. I have seen many jdm engines that were beat up when they came over. Consider all of these things and get ready for an extensive build.
