Default 07 m3 mods!

Hey everyone. My buddy is lookin for a front lip that is clean and simple, would you guys have any suggestions? Also, He is lookin for an exhaust that is not so much loud but still powerful. He has an 07 mazda 3 hatch. and what headers would you suggest.... thanks for the help.
