Default Totaled my new RX8

Well After having my new 2010 rx8 for a week, i got into a car crash and my car was totaled. my tires lost traction going over wet leaves because it was raining, and all hell broke loose after. the car had over 24 grand of damage to it, so they completely totaled it. good news is I was alright, and i just have to wait for the insurance check to come and i will be able to go out and buy a new car. it was just a freak accident...im fairly young (22 hahah), and I didn't think leaves would affect a car that much when wet. Now I know though...

Yeah, leaves are a killer of traction. Good to see you're all right though...how bad was the car, considering you're all right?

well the cabin held up great, nothing was damaged in it, the air bag came out and the seat belt worked like it should lol. but outside of the cabin, everything was just screwed up ha. the car was definetely designed to keep the driver safe like it should.

WOW!!! Sorry, and like others have already stated, 'glad you're all right.
Should this have been a car of the '50's or '60's, you would probably be dead or seriously injured right now.
Please, PLEASE let this be a lesson that you learn from and remember. VERY glad you're OK though.
How are your nerves?
