Default 4 wheel drive problems

have a b2600i 4x4, when i use the four wheel drive i hear thumping noise, i think its coming form the transfer case, there is some slack between the front and rear driveshafts, would the be a sign of the problem and if so can it be repaired or would i have to get a new transfer case Register today for free or log-in if already registered to remove this ad!

Default

check the front axle's close to the spindle's,the support bearing rusted out/seized up on mine allowing the stub end to flip/flop around giving me a thumping on the passangers side.
damaged the clip and hub that held the stub in as well.

and my rims(pm)
one set are from a 78 jeep
other 2 sets from a chevy truck(88-up)
and 3rd set are from a toyota truck/4runner (80-up).

chevy rims had 33x12.5r15
others had 31x10.5r15
