Default can't get it started

Hi. I have a '95 mx3 with the 1.6l B6 engine. Long story short, it won't start. After doing a cylinder head job, I now have the compression up to 120 psi (although it calls for 142 --> 180 psi). I am getting plenty of fuel to the fuel rails and fire at the plugs looks strong. It should at least hit right? Tomorrow I will do a more in depth look at the fuel injectors' resistance and such but was hoping someone might throw me a lead or two as I try to sort this out?

Thanks.
