Low unstable idle -Mazda 626 -99

Hello there I have just bought a 626 -1999, The problem is that the idle is very low about 6-700 rpm, sometimes it could get higher, then it would idle at 800rpm and drop to 600 about a sec every 10 sec. I have checked the high ignition cables the airfilter is new and I checked the cables today cable 1: 9,6kΩ cable 2: 8kΩ cable 3: 5.9kΩ cable 4: 6,2 kΩ the result in kΩ/m would be 15- 15.4 - 13,7 - 15,5 . The second cable has a somewhat lower kΩ/m ,but does that really matter? does someone have any tips about common vacleaks on the 626?
