Default 100amp main fuse

Hi, I need help on replacing the 100amp main fuse on my 2001 mazda protege.

My main issue is that I don't know how to get it out. I tried simply pulling it out with grips but it just broke apart. All the plastic is gone as well as some of the metal. All that remains seems to be two prongs.

It seems as though it's not a plug type fuse? Do I have to unscrew something?

Thanks in advance.

After a closer inspection I have realized that there is a bolt underneath that needs to be removed.
