Default Concerns about my car...are they a problem?

So I've noticed some things that concern me about my car. I need to get some body work done because I was involved in an accident, and I want to know if these things Ive noticed are problems or if they're just normal.

1. when idle the rpms dip down from 700 (normal) to maybe 600 every few minutes or so. When this happens I feel an increase in vibration form the engine and I hear a little bit of clanking from the engine. I also hear a slight squeaking from the engine area.

2. when the clutch catches, I hear a slight squeak.
When I just push the clutch in without shifting into gear, theres no squeak.
Theres just a squeak when it catches while I'm shifting.

3. I also noticed a little bit of squeaking when the car 'shakes'. What I mean by shakes is, after i come to a stop and the car's motion changes from forward to a standstill, theres a slight squeak, I think it may be the struts (though I have no mechanical knowledge at all). Is this normal or is it a sign of something?

4. The headlights pulse (dim/fade) when I have the radio turned up and theres a lot of bass in the song...

please help me and tell me if these are problems or if I'm just being paranoid!

I have an 02 mazda protege ES (completely stock) with 97000 miles. I just noticed one of the engine mounts was leaking (after my car accident) and I replaced it, so I guess I should check the others as well.

That could contribute to #1 & 3 above.

#2 could be throwout bearing starting to wear
#4 - you could fix this with a capacitor that will store some charge for when you need the extra oomph for bass. I'm no stereo expert - I'd pm icspots.
