Default Front drivers side squeek

I have a 2008 Mazda 3 5- door. I have been dealing with a squeek emanating from my front drivers side wheel. It seems to go away when I brake and I hear it most often at speed around town. I have replaced the calipers, the brake pads and the rotors twice and the squeek remains. When I brake and the noise goes away I hear another strange noise coming from the front of the car, almost sounds like a creak, creak, creak noise. It's driving me crazy. What can I do to fix this? Any help would help.

Thanks

Take out the sway bar bushings and coat them with Sil-Glyde silicone grease. Coating the inner diameter is most important. Put them back in place.
