What is the first thing that comes to mind, 96 Probe GT 2.5 V6?
It's not plugs, wires, cap, rotor, TPS, coolant temp sensor, crank position sensor either! I replaced all of those.

I would think bad or dirty injector/vacuum leak on that cylinder/clogged egr port. Does it actually miss? I would throw a bottle of Techron in the gas tank the next 2 tanks to decarbon and clean the injectors. Check all vacuum hoses. If it is isolated to #2 cylinder it should'nt be that hard to find the problem.

Have you carried out a compression check of No 2 cylinder?
