My Mazda has been hesitating and on occasion the check engine light will come on when the car is warm or cold. There is no particular time for it to come on. A handheld diagnostic test showed O2 at Bank 1 was showing problems. My question is where is the O2 at Bank 1 located and where is the fuel filter located on this model.
