Hello Mazda Owners -

I want you to imagine that you’ve got the president of Mazda over for dinner, and the topic of conversation is bridging the divide between your Mazda and the devices that surround you in your daily life. This includes everything from your smartphone, your Amazon Echo or your smartwatch to name just a few examples.

Now if you could have control over any aspect of the vehicle shopping or ownership experience, what would be your wish list of things these devices would help you do? It's also fair to say that you don't need tech interfering with your vehicle experience, but if you feel it could improve it in any way, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Examples might include:
• Alexa, please schedule a service visit with John Hine Mazda next Tuesday at 3pm.

• Open the MyMazda app and see an augmented reality view of your car with quick access to how-to information based on where you're pointing your phone.

• Scheduling a test drive through the app at your local dealer and go straight to the car and not have to deal with sales until you're good and ready.

• A chatbot (AI) driven experience that doesn't’ force you to hunt for content, it simply anticipates and asks you what you want and you answer. Mazda does the rest.

• MyMazda app logs the health of your vehicle and allows you to tune your vehicle to your liking. Can proactively tell you when something needs your attention or servicing.

These are only a few examples so think deeply about what pains you the most or what could delight you the most about your ownership experience thus far. Your feedback could help shape the future of how you interact with Mazda in the future, your input is greatly appreciated.
