MX3 back seats - do they fold down?

MX3 back seats - do they fold down?
Hi people
Used to have a 323 Zxi V6 where the back seats folded down and made it able to take loads of gear (i am a musician).
Currently looking at an MX3, but haven't been to test it yet. Do the back seats fold down in it, or does it have a rear bulkhead in the way?
