MyMazda 400C04 Error Message
I just took delivery on a new 2021 CX5 Signature and was able to successfuly enroll the vehicle in the MyMazda App. My problem is that when I try to use the remote features of the app I get the following error message: "Error. Please check the input and try again. (400C04)" This is all it says which is not particularly useful. There is no guide to error codes in the online manual (apparently Mazda is no longer providing hard manuals with their new vehicles, but that's a whole different issue).
Has anyone else experienced this error and if so were you able to resolve it?

Once you did that there were no issues? I appreciate your response since there was no information on the issue that I could find anywhere and the dealer did not seem to have an answer either.

Correct no issues with the app after the update. Apparently there was a bug in the software that was installed when new cars like mine were onboarded in mid July which gave the error code with the app. It has been fixed but your car will need a software update. You should call your dealer. If they claim ignorance call the main Mazda number. 800 222 5500.

Thank you! I am taking it in to the dealer this week.
