Default Need headlight advice for my Mazdaspeed

Hey all,
I'm having some real trouble finding a good setup for an hid conversion and led projection headlights. Nothing seems to specify whether it will fit on my '03 Mazdaspeed Protege. Does anybody know of or even have a setup like this for a 2003 Mazda Protege? I think its actually all 01-03 Mazda Protege's. I want to get an hid projection headlight setup. Just don't wanna spend a ton only to find out either the headlight is wrong or projectors are wrong for hid conversion etc. PLEASE HELP!

Greg,
I have a friend in Pennsylvania that does just that. He is the Owner-Operator at Ultimate Retrofit, his own cottege industry.
If you have FB, contact him here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ultim...25778997502708 I'm sure he can hook you up.

If that is what you want than you will have to custom rig it. Sounds like a total waste of money, that's my opinion though

Yes, it usually costs a couple of hundred dollars for Keith to do it, or he can sell you the right projectors and/or HID kits and you can DIY it for a little less. Actually Keith's labor rate is very reasonable. He can either do a simple conversion or the whole nut. The downside is of course that you have to send your headlights to him and he has to send them back after he's done... usually one or two days.
If done properly the conversion can not only add a very good and unique look to the vehicle, but also the advantage of good quality HID lighting as well.
Even though I only converted the factory lights to HID's, I wouldn't go back to the halogens. I can only imagine what a proper conversion (clear vs. frosted lenses) would do for my headlights.
