Default NEED HELP! Car estimate seems crazy high

All - I just joined the forums now, so apologies if this post is going in the wrong place. My wife recently rear ended somebody going ~5mph in her Mazda 3 hatchback and did minimal damage to her front bumper (or so we thought, as the other car had zero damage). However, we dropped the car off at a shop to get fixed, and they are estimating that the damage is going to be $3,000 (after initial estimate was $800). I am no mechanic, but this seems to be pretty high... I'm posting here since I am in need of some assistance in determining if this price is as outrageous as I think it is. Hopefully there are some mechanics/DIYers on here that can help.

The first three images below cover the itemized estimate that they are giving me. What follows are the images they sent us this evening of the car. Does anyone know if this price reasonable/accurate? I'm blown away by how much they are saying is wrong with the car for it only going ~5mph...

I have no experience with Mazda and Mazda repairs, so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I see body orders and wrecked cars all day working at a car dealership. That looks like a pretty decent hit. I don't see that they are writing for parts that aren't needed. All of these parts are OEM, with a 2015 that is what you would want, keeps the resale value up and makes the finish better. I think its accurate.
