It's definitely time to change your PCV Valve, Clean your throttle body and clean your MAF (Mass Airflow Sensor). Re-set your ECU after this by disconnecting the battery while you do the things suggested (and apply brake pedal right after disconnecting). Clean your air box as well. Dirt and debris could be coming in to your air box mixed with moisture from outside making it sludgy. Start car and let idle for 10 minutes before driving. ECU re-learning for 50-100 miles.

Bone stock has nothing to do with it. Your throttle body was dirty, MAF dirty, PCV valve screwed. It's just something you should do when you do stuff like that. Now your PCV is working better, your MAF is reading differently and throttle body is cleaner. Your ECU needs to be re-set to compensate for the new change. Just do it!

Ditto on the battery disconnect, you have to reset the fuel trims the computer has learned over the years of misreading the airflow through the dirty MAF, the computer now sees more air but the fuel trims still call for less fuel than needed due to the dirty MAF sending low air readings, until the ECU is reset it will run lean for quite some time and possibly (not saying it will) damage components in time. Also did you replace your air filter?

how much oil are you going thru? 1 litre every _______ miles or km or between oil changes. Oil catch containers require maintenance and tend to attract condensation.
With the battery disconnect, your car should be running better.
