Default P5- Alternator Belt Tensioner, Please Help

So I'm trying to change the belts on my Protege 5. I got the outside one off no problem, but I can't seem to get slack on the inside belt. This one turns the alternator. I've located the tension adjustment bold at the top and have loosend it, but that's not giving any slack on the belt yet. It's like there is another bold holding it somewhere.
Any help would be appreciated!!!!
Pics are even better.

Thanks

There is another bolt. I can't remember the exact location, but look on the alternator itself

The other bolt is at the bottom of the alternator and it is a bitch to get at!

and just to make things more difficult, the bolt will be of a different size than the top bolt. This is where you need to get you hand down in there with just a socket to see if it's the correct size. Once you get the correct socket selected, you can loosen the bolt with a small ratchet. All you have to do is loosen the bolt. Once you do that the whole alternator will swing.
