I dont know if i was supposed to use this on the car other than the windows but this thing called Eagle 1 Aerosol 20/20 glass cleaner, apparently not only works super great on windows but only letting it sit on the tar and month old honey stains (already posted about it) for about 1-2min came off with ease i highly recommend this product.

I have seen actual tar remover in stores for this purpose. But through the years of working around detailers is to use mineral spirits. This can be bought about everywhere like wal mart, hardware stores like true value, or home depot in the paint department.
