Reverse cx5 camera malfunction
I own a Mazda CX5 2013 and my reverse camera (model KD33-67-RCO) stopped working after 2 years of continues malfunctions. The malfunctions had nothing to do with power or signal issues. I replaced the camera with a new one (model K015-67-RCO) and now i face a new problem. When the engine is off and i change to reverse gear the camera works perfectly but when the engine is on i get the error message on the screen "NO SIGNAL".
I checked the connections and all the wires and they are all fine. The only thing i noticed to change is when the engine is off the Voltage is around 12-13 V DC when the engine is Running the voltage is 15V DC.
So can anyone suggest a solutions? Has anyone had to deal with such an error?
thnk you in advance...
kind regards,
George

Car voltage when engine is running shouldn't be more than 14V
