Simptoms connected to p2227
Dear all, i have a mazda 6 2008 2.0 dizel, 103kw with DPF.
My mazda is showing this code all the time, i cleanded maf sensor, egr, and the code is still there. My car has problems like , hesatation in acceleration, rough motor and cuts in acceleration , in slower acceleratio i 1,2,3 gears. Some days the car is working great but the other days i have problems. But, no light on my board.
can those problems make the BARO sensor inside the ECU?
And I went in 4 mazda dealers and they didnt know exactly is the BARO sensor making this problem.. Sorry for my English and thank you

DTC P2227:00
BARO sensor range/performance malfunction
DETECTION CONDITION
• The PCM monitors the input signal from the barometric pressure sensor. If the difference between the barometric pressure input from the barometric pressure sensor and the manifold absolute pressure is more than 10 kPa {75 mmHg, 3.0 inHg}, the PCM determines that there is a malfunction in the barometric pressure sensor.
Diagnostic support note
• The MIL illuminates if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition in two consecutive drive cycles or in one drive cycle while the DTC for the same malfunction has been stored in the PCM.
• PENDING CODE is available if the PCM detects the above malfunction condition during the first drive cycle.
• FREEZE FRAME DATA is available.
• DTCs are stored in the PCM memory.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• BARO sensor (integrated in PCM) malfunction

Thank you , but can the BARO sensor make problems to the engine performance like mine? I think that the sensor is only there to messure the sea level diference and put more fuell tu the mixture when the air is thin in high regions.
mine is integrated in the ECU and is a small chip.
