Default #3cylinder keeps fouling

2.0 engine in 97/626- timing is perfect, newsparkplugs/wires/cap/rotor/etc.
all injectors are firing,all sparkplugs are firing, great compresson on all 4 cylinders.
Motor runs real rough at idol, and #3 plug when I pull it is wet with fuel, Please help
me so I can avoid suicide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like the #3 injector is sticking. The engine can handle the fuel above idle but soon as the engine comes down, it is too rich for that cylinder. If it was a computer or regulator problem all plugs would be wet.
