Default '94 Mazda 626 V6 Won't Start! :(

Now, I'm no car expert (believe you me... I don't even have my license yet!) But let me explain the situation the best I can.

We have a '94 Mazda 626 (6 cylinder.) All year, it was doing fine. When it started to get cold, however, it would once-in-a-while make a pretty loud whining noise when we'd go to start it. We'd turn the car back off, wait a second, and try again and the car would start up fine.Like I said, though, that only happened once in a long while.
Then, one day, we got in the car to take me to work. My fiancee' turned the key, and the engine turned over, but it wouldn't start. We never did get it to work during the winter, but we'd try to start it at least once a week. Now that the weather is warm, though, we're trying to get it started again.

It has gas, fuel, and a charged battery. We alsojustreplaced the router.I talked to my father, and he said it sounds like a problem with the ignition module, as the car is turning over, but dad said it's just not getting a spark. Any suggestions? If it is the module, where can THAT be found?

Ignition module would have the 6 spark plug wires coming out of it. 3 coming from the back of the engine and 3 from the front.

If you can take a pic of the overall engine I could point it out for you.
