thanks Z, i'll try to replace the resitor.. the fan changes speed on every setting and is very noticeable that's why i didnt replace the resistor..i'm just running out of ideas how to fix it..anyway thanks for the suggestion and hope to hear more from you guys!

 

If the fan changes speed then it probably isn't the resistor...

I'm not entirely sure of the ducting, but there will be an intake, that runs to the blower (the heater box/AC might be before or after the blower, I honestly don't know)... If you can get to the blower then try disconnecting the output side of it (if you can) and seeing if you get air there...

If not then you have some kind of restriction on the intake side. If so then it's on the output side. If you can find the diverter then check the input and output sides of that. It's possible that the air is flowing as far as the diverter, but the diverter is not directing it out of any of the vents. Basically you're going to have to follow the air path and see where the blockage is. If you have anything like a plumbers snake or fish tape then that might help you locate the blockage... But be careful. You don't want to ram it through the heater core by mistake.
