I've got a Mazda 323 and the airbag lamp is flashing 4 long & 8 short, I guess it means LFC 48? Any proposal to solve the problem.

your best bet is to have it plugged in and the code read. i have an 08 mazda 5, had the same issue, but different code, 4 long and 3 short, was the seat belt tensioner on it. either case it has to do with the safety restraint system ( airbag, seat belt) have it plugged in and fixed for your safety
