Default Troubleshooting OBD1 Codes 93 Mazda 626

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone can help me out.. I have a 93 Mazda 626 auto transmission 2.0. My hold button is flashing on my dash
and i'm getting a hard shift and irregular shift patterns, the conventional obd1 connectors dont fit so I can't pinpoint the problem. I did the "jumper wire" diagnosis and counted the check engine blinks. Im positive I am getting a code 68...I tryed researching a code
68 but am having no luck...Can anyone help? What is Code 68 ?....1993 Mazda 626 Auto 2.0

My uncle believes it could be a vehicle speed sensor or a transaxle range sensor, but...I've checked those codes
and they don't match....PLEASE HELP

Thanks

Default RE: Troubleshooting OBD1 Codes 93 Mazda 626

Due to Mitchell 1 On Demand 5 the code 68 trouble has nothing to do with your trans trouble. Code 68 indicates that there some problems with the coolant fan relays #2 & #3. U should get these relays replaced as necessary & if the code persits u will have check for a short circuit in coolant fan relay wiring. Hope its Helps!
