1992 Mazda b2600i fuel problem
#11
Did you find out the problem..?
I'm working on a friends auto 2600i P/u and it just went out. Turns over but not starting. I'm thinking it's the distributor or ECu.
I pulled the pump and tested it and it works fine, and has a half tank.
The shops around here didn't say that there was a relay, but knowing F/I there's got to be one somewhere. Another friend said that the ECU controls the pump.
Any answers.. Let me know.

Go to this web site Mazda B2600i ECM-ECU Lifetime Warranty $190 and read about our trucks. They cured mine. I highly recommend them.

I bought a 93 B2600 extended cab running poorly last year (2014). It has 150 # compression, all cylinders. I changed it to a carb (I made the intake) and equivalent of '89 carbed engine distributor (altered 2200 distributor), runs great, will spin a tire on take off (automatic).
Now all I have to do is rewire the a/c as vehicles in the seventies were, no more bot worries.
