Default 1998 Mazda B2500 RWD - Hub conversion

Hey guys my first post here so please be gentle!

I have recently bought a Mazda B2500 with the intention of it being my run around/drift truck.

It's had a few little mods done by the previous owner namely lowering it.

I would like to convert the hubs from the 6x139.7 to a more common layout such as 4x100 or 5x114.3.

I'd also like to do this so I can convert to discs all around, just wondering if anyone has done this and if so how did they go about it?

I'd be doing an engine conversion in the future too as the 2.5L N/A Diesel probably wont cut the mustard!

Thanks in advance for any assistance and look forward to becoming an active member here!
