Default 1998 Mazda B4000 truck won’t start

Hello, My truck has been sitting for about 3 weeks. I tried to start it and it would not crank. I checked the battery and everything checked out well with it. I sprayed starter fluid/brake cleaner into the air intake, still no crank. A couple of the coils did not have power, so I replaced the coil pack, still no crank. Any other things to check? I’m not sure what the issue is.

You mean by "not crank" that when you turn the key all the way that the starter will NOT spin the engine, correct? That spinning/turning of the engine is called cranking. Is there ANY sound at all when you do this?

Situation 2 is when the starter spins the engine at the normal speed, but the engine does not start.
Situation 3 is "she won't turn over", and that's a sex issue.

How did you check the battery, must be checked under load? Put voltmeter/multimeter cables (DC 0-20 setting) across the battery terminals (assuming cables and terminals are clean and tight) and turn key over to start position, and hold there. Note the voltage reading and post that here.

Starting fluid is only helpful if the starter spins the engine correctly. Only then will it determine whether the issue is fuel related or spark related.

Situation 2, I took the battery to batteries plus, this is where I purchased the battery from in the past. They told me everything was good. What else should I check?

Let me be clear: so the engine cranks/spins at normal speed but the engine will not start??? Agree: if that is happening, then it's not the battery.

Spray some aerosol starting fluid into the air cleaner or throat, try to start, do this a few times. If it runs for a few seconds then quits out, you have a fuel delivery issue, start there. If it won't run at all when you do this, then it's a spark issue, work on that. This is a common first test to help isolate the problem. This is practically an ALWAYS: isolate whether spark or fuel. And remember: just because the engine can crank fine, doesn't mean that the electrical part of the ignition switch (the "run" circuit) is OK.

Another good troubleshooting tool (after the voltmeter) is a spark tester tool. https://www.harborfreight.com/in-lin...ker-63590.html
