2014 BT50 LED tail light installation issues
Hi everyone, I am posting in the hopes I can reach someone that may be able to help me with my issue. Wait times for auto electricians are so long. (I have a booking)
Current issue with tail light installation-
Installation of LED Sequential 3in1 tailights. (Cheaper version)
I have added resistors to brake and indicator wires.
I have added relays to the indicators as well.
Lights work with out relay but after engine started and indicators are on for a few seconds they then start to play up.
I have had an auto electrician out (paid but could not do the job) and have researched til the cows come home. Car is booked into an auto electrician that has installed these exact lights in my model ute before.
I have added relays to both indicators but now the are not working at all. Relays are wired into my anderson plug at the back for constant power.
With all the messing around the ute threw a P0652 code and stalled. It then wouldn't restart. Left it for an hour and it started fine but went straight into limp mode.
When checking BCM for codes it had a heap. I have cleared all codes and lights still do not work.
If you have any knowledge of this type of issue I am all ears. I would greatly appreciate any guidance given.
Been without my ute for over a month now and while I am happy to pay a professional they are all booked out for weeks and was hoping there was something I might be able to do at home while waiting for my second booking.
Also I know that while the cheap 3in1 lights are not ideal, they provided the look I am after and no real deal brands offer this type of look. Even if I had the expensive lights I think I would still be facing the same issues.
Thanks for reading 🙏

Welcome to the forum!
Good luck with your truck's LED lights......here in the US, we don't get the Mazda truck (BT50) that I am aware of, so not many here would know too much about them......I would think.
