i have 1991 b2600 need know 4x4 to work it work before i replace clutch 4x4 light is on all time get in 4x4 pleaes help me snow comeing by the inches in wi

if the lights on then the front axle is locked just shift the tranfercase into 4x4 high and you should have 4x4
the vacuum actuator on the front axle maybe sticking or a broken vacuum line to it
