If not, do yourself a huge favor and swap the factory carbs out to a true (Real) Weber 32/36 DGEV carburetor from Redline Carburetors.
Factory carbs are installed on both, I did find a few loose connections so straightened those out.
Trust me, I have thought about it. The trucks are used for the family business, but, I am trying to assess, or rather trying to convince my boss to buy a ew truck, rather than to continue dumbing money on these 2. I mean, they have lasted a lot, and they have payed themselves many times over, but each time its more of a hassle rather than simply buying a newer, better truck. So if I can justify the weber and getting more out of the truck, it would be done.
Disclaimer aside, I was able to get the truck running great and working like it is "supposed" to, with quotations because I removed and plugged all vacuum lines, removed the evap canister and all that. I get that it will not function properly, but it is actually running better, turning on correctly and giving no problems, except 1 thing.
From all of the vacuum lines I plugged, I disconnected the secondary throttle plate, so it it only working on the main, smaller throttle. Might anyone know or have a diagram to which vacuum line does the second one connect to? Oh, almost forgot, I did leave the vacuum advance connected, i.e. the one to the distributor.

Forgot to update on this. I did this over the weekend, and whether it was working correctly or or struggling with gas, there was no difference with regards to the gas cap, on or off, the in-rush of air whatsoever of any kind.
After about an hour of use it starts dying out due to lack of gas. I put a low pressure electric pump in-line, before the mechanical one, and while it does not starve of gas, it still does the same wanting to shut down, the same symptom as if it was running out of gas, but the bowl is full, as I can see in the window. So this is really odd, it stars bogging down, rpms dip and want to shut down, I blip the gas and avoid it dying but it is tiresome driving around having to watch it from dying out. If I turn it off for a few min, say 15 to 30min, It will start right and work correctly, but will eventually want to die out.
Also, new gas filter and no apparent obstructions from tank to pumps

I think you may be on to something. Any Idea what I can check? As well im going to check and see if the radiator is not clogged.
Regarding the radiator, does anyone know what other radiator would fit? Like from any other car?

Fan belt was a little loose. I did find another issue, the other butterfly isn't getting any gas, i.e. the secondary/larger one. It bogs down when accelerating bast about 2500/3000 RPM. I tried supplying the lines but no matter how I match them up i cant get any gas to be injected
