89 b2200. Upgrade to remove vacuum

Anyone know if the numerous vacuum lines can be removed with any other carb and air cleaner?

Genuine Redline Weber 32/36 DGEV kit #K675, you'll only need vacuum to the distributor advance. You will likely need to sand the adapter surfaces perfectly flat yourself. I've run this on my '88 B2200 since 2005.
