They use the same (FE)Block and mounts.
The differences for the 2200 include a larger bore & stroke, rocker arm/hydraulic lifter assembly, and the head gasket allows for more oil to the lifters.
The 2200 also has a windage tray in the crankcase.

The oil restrictor is in the block, not the head gasket and I don't believe anybody has ever actually taken a pin gauge to measure each one so that is only an assumption since the hydraulic rocker arms require more oil than the mechanical. The B2200 and B2000 use identical head gaskets. A B2000 engine will bolt right into a B2200 but none of the parts inside the shortblock are interchangeable. Cylinder head, intake, carburetor, and exhaust manifolds are interchangable.
