I'm more comfortable doing a turbo setup than a motor swap of that size. I remember reading on minitrucking about mega squirt for tuning. Im sure I can find someone that does mail tunes to help get me started.

My problem right now is the 12v head. Not sure if that is a direct swap in. Can I use all my 8v stuff on this head.

^^^ I know... I worked in NYC for 8 years. It was pretty much the same. A closet was $1,000/month. And I mean a closet.
I'm in Sacramento at the moment. I could be shipped to anywhere at a moment's notice.
I live in hotels. Sort of blows.

Did a drop spindle and rear leaf drop. Boy did she drop it like its hot. Of course my tires where to wide. So I went with some 185/55/15 on my 15x7. And she dropped another 2 inches. Now I'm not even sure I can go over a speed bump!!!
