Welcome to the forum.
The B2600i is famous for a troublesome ECM in the fact that several of the factory supplied capacitors on the circuit board will leak acid and corrode the board......typically where the fuel injector circuits are located. If you have not pulled the ECM and had a look inside to see if there is corrosion on the circuit board, then I would take a look at it.
Also, the truck's Oxygen Sensor could be defective, and/or the Catalytic Converter may be bad.
How long have you owned the truck? What year is it? Where are you located (what country)? How many miles are on the truck?
The more info you can supply, the chances are better for some to provide any diagnosis of the problems.

Just and FYI ECU and OBDII systems were still in their beginning (obdII 1995) and the ECU did not have the full capability in the programing to report DTC. ECU started becoming more reliable with programing about 2000.
I would however based on the limited diagnostic information and having a few of these Mazda pass through the shop, consider the more possibility of an ECU replacement? But, naturally there are a list of checks to determine that and it does involve more checking parts.
I let that go to other members that have these model MAZDA continue the help...Just wanted to mention the ECU information.

You may be able to find a service shop that can do what is called a pass-through or reflash if they have the software for that old ECU.
