Cant get crankshaft pulley off. Help!
Mazda e2200 diesel van.
Bolt removed from crank pulley.
Wheel puller fastened to pulley, poured boiling water over the pulley to expand it just a bit. Belted it witha mash hammer while tightening the wheel puller to maximum extent.
#$%&@! pulley wont budge!
Can anybody help?
I need to replace my timing belt, and I cant get to it with the pulley on.

I don't know what else to say if you have tried that. If you could find another one, it should be aluminum. I would get a new one and get brave with different ways to get it off. A torch would definitely do it.

Thanks Wes
The crank pulley is held on by 6 cap head screws.
I found them using a mirror and a torch.
Undid the screws and the pulley dropped off.
The central bolt holds the timing gear to the crankshaft, the pulley slides off around it.
