Engine performance mods for the 2600i???

Engine performance mods for the 2600i???
I got a 92' b2600i 4x4 stick and have been wanting to put a header and maybe a performance CAM in it but I cant find anything for this type of truck. I've done what I can by cutting off the "cat" and putting on a larger free flowing exhaust. Any ideas?
